At six acres in size, Camp Charl'Bro is located adjacent to one of the most dramatic parts of the Niagara Escarpment midway between Owen Sound and Wiarton Ontario.
With 750 feet of waterfront on the property and being only a short distance off the Bruce Trail this is an awesome spot for the outdoor enthusiast.
Tenting Areas, campfire circle, out-door chapel, picnic tables and shelter are several of the facilities.
Four electrically heated cabins will sleep up to 38 people in total. The main lodge/ cookhouse
is heated with an airtight wood stove which makes the camp cozy in spring, summer, fall or winter.
The kitchen area inside is fully equipped to feed a large group and 3 portable propane BBQ's with stands are available as well. Just bring your own propane tank.
Hiking on the Bruce trail, canoeing on the Rankin and Saugeen, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving on Colpoy's Bay and Fathom Five National Park, rock climbing at the Grotto, kayaking, sailing and fishing are only a few of the activities close by.

1)From Wiarton, travel east along County Road #1 to Big Bay and turn left on Dewar Street            
-follow along the road to the camp

2) From Owen Sound
-Go north on 2nd Avenue West
-North on County Road #1 through Kemble
-Continue north over Kemble Mountain
-Turn left then right to continue north on Big Bay Road.
-Continue along Big Bay Road to the stop sign at Big Bay
-Turn left, travel approx. 200 ft. and turn right at Dewar St
-Follow along the shore road to the camp.
